The Week In A Nutshell
While the countries in the Middle East resume swapping out incendiary devices, the political corporations of America stoop to the lowest level of non-patriot exposure by threatening to move such American icons as "Twinkies" to Mexico. Surely, President Obama will jump on this opportunity to levy Trade Tax, Sanctions and Embargoes against anyone attempting to support the efforts of such megaliths as Hostess Brands relocating to any other country will face importation taxes that close the gap between expected profits and what profits they took with them when they bailed out on America. Hostess? You picked a fine time to leave us, Twinkie!
Bill Gates (yes, *that* one) discussed the future of education with Fareed Zakaria GPS of CNN exposing such interesting facts as America has the most sought after Ivy League colleges in the world. A fact we probably already knew, but Gates continued that with computer programming and the Internet, those boring college lectures are easily watched in the comfort of the student homes. This alone would remove the time burdens from colleges across the world. Gates also touched on the subject of 1 and 2 year trade schools as not everyone in the world is cutout for a 4 year college degree. However, the corporate world is all too eager to aid in both finances and updating of America's extended schooling to help ensure the employees of tomorrow are well equipped to handle the jobs of the future. Perhaps they have not yet heard about Hostess Brands "jumping ship" tactics, else everyone in America who wants a college degree or Apprenticeship will need an updated passport.
The American history books will report that the first term of the first Black American President was, indeed, stymied by the sour grapes Republicans who carried out their threat that they would not vote for anything the new President handed down. Those Republican Extremists were just that determined because they were throwing yet another tantrum at having lost their bid for the White House. So we spent this weekend hearing excerpts from all chambers that it is imperative to work together while others insisted that they will not give up Bush Era Tax Cuts for the Wealthy. To date, no one on any side of the story can make a list of things that those 'rich folks' did with all that money they had at their disposal to create jobs and massage the economy into a visible hope of ever balancing the budget, let alone paying off the National Deficit. One can only suppose the Republicans are so certain of a 2016 election in their favor that they still think the people will vote in a Republican. Face it, neither party has anyone qualified for President but Hillary Clinton. And as of this article, she insists she's done with politics. Only the future holds the answers to this mystery. In the meantime, please ask your local Republican to "Get Over It" and create a way to balance the budget and pay off the National Debt, even if it means giving up Bush Era Tax Cuts!
An American coach lost his job when explanations failed to justify such losses as 41-18 with Vanderbilt winning and Tennessee's resulting record was 15-21. Sometimes juggle the ball creates upsets that can never be righted but none-the-less, Tennessee is now in search for the coach who brings in more wins.
On a global scale, the world continues to revolve around the Sun despite the efforts of humans to destroy all icons and heroes, even such American delicacies as Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Sno Balls, and Wonder bread. At this point the only thing Americans can do is remember that all those megaliths began by simple people who made use of what they had at the moment to build a business without government assistance, or political influence. Stop your worrying and start your own at-home business... your ancestors did. It was later called the American Tradition.

Americans - Self-employ
Americans - Self-employ
First they refuse to give up the Bush Tax Cuts, now they start threats of moving their entire operations to Mexico. If that is the way the big corporations want to play, guess what? Americans can, and should, become Self-employed! We have always been able to build it better, do it better and market it better.
Why do these traitors think we are going to buy from any corporation that threatens to move all of its manufacturing plants, offices and jobs to some other country, especially Mexico, when that money is so desperately needed in America to "Balance the Deficit" (part of which went to *improve Mexico*!)? I say let the thugs move anywhere they want, as long as they stay OUT OF OUR AMERICA!
Why not overthrow big corporations by 'doing it ourselves'? After all, most of those companies started many years ago in small places like American household kitchens/basements/barns, Drug Store pharmacy labs, and accidents that occurred from some other household need.
Seriously, as of July 2011 U.S. Census Bureau reporting, the number of citizens in America is 311,591,917.
1% of that is 311,591.17
If the "Top 1% of the population" were to leave (move out of) America there would still be 311,280,325.83 people left in this country (The United States of America).

Heck, with just a bit of luck, and trusty taste buds, you might come up with something that tastes so good it will make Twinkies and Ding Dongs taste awful by comparison!

While listening to the
varieties of "How To Prevent Going Over The Cliff", there are a few
factors no one seems willing to post. So, to prevent a catastrophe of
'No Returns'(pun intended), here are some factors for everyone,
including the news commentators, to use so everyone else knows exactly
what they are talking about.
Financial To-Do-List - With Definitions
1.
Establish exactly what *is* the income bracket for "Middle Income Tax
Payers", please use US dollar signs (US$). This one is all over the map
from Party to Party, commentator to commentator. Nail it down, folks!
2.
Entitlements - money paid directly from employees pay checks into
Social Security are not 'entitlements'! Those funds are money paid
out-of-pocket by the worker. Take Social Security OFF the bargaining
table! NOT negotiable!
3. Levy a permanent Trade Sanction - any
Corporation that threatens to move their manufacturing plants to foreign
countries to avoid participating in the balancing of the National
Budget of America will pay an excise tax equal to the difference in
amount of money they ripped off the American public for in paying lower
taxes in some other country. NO exceptions! This means Hostess Brands,
TOO! However, such companies need to ask themselves just ONE question:
"How many residential Mexicans earn enough money to buy as much of these
products as the American people buy?"
4. NON-Reversible Tax Law
on CEOs - This new Tax Law will never, NEVER, be overturned, overruled,
overthrown or in any way reversed, changed or obliterated! Why? Because
it allows these brilliant CEOs to *keep* the first $250,000.00 of
salary, but only 90% of all the other tips and tricks they tuck into
their CEO Packages (including the worth of Balloon Package deals), and
updated each time the package changes. You can call it the "Lee Iacocca
Good Samaritan Tax Law For CEO Compensations", if you wish, but it will
forever record in history that the American people are not as easily
duped by such shenanigans as Lee Iacocca thought we would be (tipping
hats to Chrysler).
5. Overturn Citizens United - Corporations are
not people, in fact, the 'condition' was a legal maneuver to allow such
concerns to OUTLIVE THE CORPORATE OFFICERS! Go figure that. They are NOT
humans, and money is NOT Freedom of Speech.
Countless more jargon
needs clarity. Those get the ball rolling. Still there are no
practical reasons for refusing to get rid of the Bush Tax Cuts to the
wealthy. It will be interesting to find out just how determined the
Republicans are when all the American Manufacturers move entire
operations to Mexico.

Without large union concessions—what some would say, total union capitulation—the hedge funds decided Hostess would have to die."
Now, let's take a look at what the CEO did to Twinkies, "Hostess Twinkies' former CEO tripled his salary to $2.5m as the company was preparing to file bankruptcy. Other top execs got massive raises."
Here's another quote about Driscoll (CEO of Hostess), "Driscoll, the CEO, departed suddenly and without explanation in March. It may have been that the Teamsters no longer felt it could trust him. In early February, Hostess had asked the bankruptcy judge to approve a sweet new employment deal for Driscoll. Its terms guaranteed him a base annual salary of $1.5 million, plus cash incentives and “long-term incentive” compensation of up to $2 million. If Hostess liquidated or Driscoll were fired without cause, he’d still get severance pay of $1.95 million as long as he honored a noncompete agreement."
Let's see. If a "Twinkies" cost $1.00, and Hostess is screwed into paying $1.9 MILLION to Driscoll, that means he STOLE 1.9 MILLION TWINKIES FROM THE ENTIRE WORLD!
Do these huge corporations actually believe that we, the people, don't KNOW what they are paying THEMSELVES!?!?!? If you want to save these huge American companies the only was to do it is to FIRE the greedy CEOs and put $2.5 MILLION DOLLARS back into the workers and the economy! Ya think?!
